We decided that we are going to keep this Blog going. A place to keep our friends and family up to date on Hunter moments and a place for you to share yours.
We also want to take a moment and publicly thank EACH one of you for your love and support during the funeral.
Our family was overwhelmed by how many of you came, Some from hundreds of miles away... To all of you: Your love means more to us then we can ever express. It was so wonderful to have a small glimpse of how much Hunter Boy is loved and how many lives he has touched.
Thank you to the men and women of the fire department who helped set up hundreds of chairs during the service and after.
Thank you to our family who has been by our side since the start and remained with us and supported us.
To our friends, our church friends, school teachers and even strangers. Thank you.
Thank you for all the cards you all have sent. The beautiful flowers the kept our home bright and wonderful. For the meals that were cooked. Thank you to the people who helped take care of our home and our animals while we were away. For the stories you have shared and for the memories too. For the prayers, the love and friendships... Thank you.

Dear Family & Friends.

We are so blessed at this time for the amount of love and support we continue to receive while we are in Utah preparing to bring our Brother home to lay him to rest.

Today's Blog will serve as an update on all information regarding Hunter.

Hunter's Service will be held Thursday July 1st, 2010 at 9:00am at the LDS building located at 4125 San Juan Ave, Fair Oaks, CA 95628.

We invite family and friends after the service to attend a short grave site dedication at the Fair Oaks Cemetery.

Friends/Family from out of town are invited to our home Thursday evening to visit.

We invite you to share this information with anyone who may be interested in attending Hunter's Memorial. Everyone is welcome. Our family would love to have any person who knew Hunter or holds a special place in their heart for him to attend.

There have also been some people who are not in the Sacramento Area who have been having a difficult time making donations to Hunters Fund @ Schools Financial Credit Union. As of right now there are THREE ways to make a donation in contribution to help our family with the demands of planning a service.

1. Schools Financial Credit Union Donations: Any SFCD branch in Sacramento Area. Ask to make a deposit into the FUND for HUNTER GOOLD or SHELLEY GOOLD. It is important the LAST NAME is spelled correctly.

2. Any CHASE BANK across the world, you can make a deposit into account #902855527 under the name PAMALA A GARRETT or JOANN S ATHEY (this is an unofficial HUNTER FUND) but all donations will be given to the family.

3. A Pay Pal account has been set up as well for anyone to make a donation there. The paypal account name is: HUNTER'S FUND ATHEY.

We are so thankful for all who have offered such a donation to support our family and to contribute to Hunter's Memorial. We are also so grateful to those who have put together these Accounts.

For those of you interested in making a flower donation we have asked those to be sent to our home. 5500 Hammond Ct, Citrus Heights, CA 95621.

Next, we are so grateful to those of you who have already posted a memory of HunterBoy on this BLOG. This is our way of being able to have all these wonderful stories to look back on. We encourage you to share this BLOG with anyone who has a story about H-Man or would like to say anything or send condolences. We understand there have been some difficulties with the blog as well. Finally, we are trying to put together a memory video of pictures of Hunter for the service and for our family/friends who would like to have one. We ask anyone who has pictures of HunterBoy to send them to our email address so we can use them in our video as well.

Thank you again to everyone. We have absolutely felt Heavenly Fathers hand in these past few days comforting us to know that Hunter is loved, safe and that we have more support then we could ever imagine.

Hunter Blackstone Goold

To all our family and friends. Thank you for your love and prayers during this tragic time in our families life.

Our sweet brother Hunter, left his earthly life yesterday, June 23rd, 2010, to return to our Father in Heaven and to start his missionary work on the other side.

Hunter passed away in Utah after an accident on the Lake. He was with family and seems to have suffered a seizure while in the water and drowned.

Hunter was loved by so many. His incredible spirit brought smiles to faces all around him. His charming personality and witty character kept us laughing.

Hunter's poor body wasn't very fair to him in this life so our hearts are at peace to know that he can be seziure free in Heaven and suffer no more.

Mom is asking for me to collect notes that people have left in regards to our loss. She wants something to look back on to smile and remember how many people Hunter Boy loved and who loved him.
